Guidelines of Online Registration for Admission 2025 -2026

The Senior Secondary Course (Grade XI & XII CBSE Syllabus) at SFS PUBLIC SCHOOL is an intensive programme aimed at preparing students to achieve great results in their Board Examinations. It also helps them to qualify in various competitive exams conducted by reputed centers of higher learning and colleges in India and overseas.

GENERAL RULES

  • The Aptitude Test is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to Class XI in SFS Public School. Admission is not granted to students passed in compartmental exam.
  • All students who have passed the Class X Exam from CBSE/ICSE/SSLC or any other recognized board must attend the common aptitude test.
  • Considerable weightage will be given to the students of SFS Public School.
  • The decision of the Admission Committee will be final and binding.
  • Candidates can take the Aptitude Test only once.

Stream II (PCBC) – English Core, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science
Stream III (PCMC) – English Core, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science
COMMERCE STREAM Stream IV – English Core, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics
Stream V – English Core, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Computer Science
Stream VI – English Core, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Applied Mathematics (if only there are minimum 10 candidates)

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO SCIENCE STREAM

CBSE / ICSE A minimum of 85% of marks in all subjects in Class X & performance in aptitude test.
SSLC / STATE BOARD A minimum of A+ grade in all academic subjects in Class X & performance in aptitude test. .

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO COMMERCE STREAM

  • A minimum of 75% marks or equivalent grades in all subjects in Class X & performance in aptitude test.
  • The character and conduct of the candidate is as important as the academic background in granting admission.

  • Dates for the aptitude test will be announced on our School website.
  • Aptitude test result will be intimated to the candidates by phone/email
  • Final admission will also be based on the grades they obtain at the Class X Examination. Classes will commence from June 2025.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

  • Admission to the Class XI depends on the candidate’s performance in the aptitude test and grade in the qualifying examinatio
  • The copies of certificate of the qualifying examination, the Mark List, and original Conduct Certificate and Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended should be produced at the time of the admission.
  • 3 passport size photographs of the candidates with name printed on it should be submitted at the office along with the documents.
  • Incomplete application form will be rejected.

HOSTEL FACILITIES

  • BOYS: Rev. Fr. S.L. Paul Memorial SFS Hostel (run by MSFS Fathers) (Phone: 7907602122, 8547164973)
  • GIRLS: Pope John Hostel, Athirampuzha, run by Rev. Sisters. (Phone: 9961873533, 6238292865) Students should either stay with their parents or in the hostel. Staying as paying guests will not be allowed under any circumstances.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

The Application forms are available in the website: www.sfspublicschool.com (https://www.sfspublicschool.com/), through an online payment of Rs: 500/-. The duly filled in application form Should be submitted on or before May 31, 2025.

  • Chrome: Go to Settings -> Show advanced settings -> Privacy-> Click on Content Settings -> Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UP THE ONLINE FORM

  • Before filling the form, please refer to the general information carefully.
  • Fill the online registration form and make the online payment.
  • Kindly note the transaction number after the payment.
  • Keep photographs of Student and Parent ready for uploading (Size-50 kb).
  • Kindly fill all the required information carefully and correctly, or else the form will be rejected.
  • It is mandatory to provide the mobile number and email id of the parents in the form to receive notification on admission.

PROCEDURE FOR FILLING ONLINE FORM

  • Read the General Information carefully and click < I Agree > at the bottom of the page and proceed.
  • Fill in the details of the applicant completely and click < I Agree > and submit.

PAYMENT GATEWAY

  • The convenience fee inclusive of statutory taxes towards "On-line Registration" form shall be done through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit card.
  • Once the registration form with online payment submitted successfully, you will receive confirmation message of Online Payment of registration.

NB: Last date to submit filled-in applications along with Half Yearly or Class X model exam mark List is  31st May 2025.  Applications without the mark list will be summarily rejected.
